Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Magnasce account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly in the app, or request deletion without the app by email.
1. Delete Your Account in the App
- Open Magnasce and sign in.
- Go to My Page (bottom-right tab).
- Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
7-day grace period: deletion does not take effect immediately. For 7 days after
your request you can cancel it by signing back in. After the grace period, your account is
deactivated and your personal information is destroyed or anonymized.
2. Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account and data deletion by email:
Send an email to hmnc21@gmail.com with the subject "Magnasce Account Deletion Request" from — or naming — the Google account email you used to sign in to Magnasce.
We will verify the request, start the same 7-day grace period, and confirm by reply when the deletion is complete.
3. What Is Deleted and What Is Retained

| Notification tokens and settings | Deleted |
| Posts, comments, and replies | Deleted or anonymized (no longer linked to you) |
| Report-handling / sanction records and operational logs | Retained up to 3 years for community safety and dispute resolution, then destroyed |
| Data subject to statutory retention | Retained for the period required by applicable laws, then destroyed |
