Privacy Policy
SundayFactory (the "Operator") complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws and processes users' personal information as described in this Privacy Policy for the religious discussion community application Magnasce (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect the following information to provide the Service.

We do not separately collect or profile sensitive information such as beliefs or ideology. However, the religion communities a user voluntarily joins and the content a user posts may contain religious views; this is information the user enters and discloses at their own discretion.
2. Purposes of Use
- Identifying and authenticating members; providing and operating the Service
- Providing core features such as religion community participation, posts, and notifications
- Handling reports and sanctions, preventing abuse, and keeping the community safe
- Improving the Service, diagnosing errors, and statistical analysis
- Complying with legal obligations and responding to disputes
- Serving advertisements (non-personalized or personalized ads through third-party advertising SDKs, depending on actual configuration)
3. Retention Period
- In principle, we destroy personal information without delay when a member deletes their account. A grace period of 7 days applies after a deletion request, during which the member may cancel the request; after the grace period, the information is destroyed or anonymized.
- Where retention is required by applicable laws, we retain the relevant information for the period prescribed by such laws.
- Report-handling and sanction records and operational logs may be retained for up to 3 years for community safety and dispute resolution.
4. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative authority

We entrust the following processors with data processing to provide the Service.

International transfer: Service data may be stored and processed in the United States (us-central1) through the cloud services above.
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
- You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
- You can edit your profile, change your nickname, and delete your account and data directly in the app (My Page). Additional requests can be submitted to hmnc21@gmail.com.
- The scope and method of data deletion upon account deletion follow Section 3 of this Policy and Article 10 of the Terms of Service.
7. Children Under 14
The Service is available only to users aged 14 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that a user is under 14, we will delete the account and its information.
8. Security Measures
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls (server-side security rules and separation of administrator privileges)
- Data minimization and server-authorized write controls
- App integrity verification (App Check) and other measures against unauthorized access

10. Changes to This Policy
If this Policy is added to, deleted from, or modified, we will give notice in the app at least 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days for material changes).
