Child Safety Standards
These standards describe how Magnasce prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to all content and conduct on the Service and are enforced together with our Community Guidelines and Report & Sanction Policy.
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Service — in posts, comments, replies, profile images, and nicknames:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including illustrated or AI-generated depictions
- Any content that sexualizes minors, or presents minors in a sexually suggestive manner
- Grooming behavior: befriending or building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual contact or exploitation
- Sextortion, solicitation of sexual imagery from minors, or arranging sexual encounters with minors
- Trafficking of minors or facilitation of any commercial sexual exploitation of a child
- Links or references directing users to CSAE content hosted elsewhere
2. Age Requirement
Magnasce is available only to users aged 14 or older. Age confirmation is required at sign-up. Accounts identified as belonging to children under 14 are removed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. In-App Reporting
Every post, comment, and user in Magnasce can be reported directly in the app using the Report action (report reasons include obscene/illegal content, personal information exposure, and other violations). Reports of suspected CSAE are treated with the highest priority: the content is reviewed immediately, and serious violations bypass the normal staged-sanction process for immediate removal and permanent suspension.

4. Moderation and Enforcement
- Reported content is reviewed by moderators through a dedicated review queue.
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and the offending account is permanently suspended.
- Re-creating accounts to evade enforcement is itself grounds for further enforcement.
- Records necessary for investigation and legal compliance are preserved in accordance with our data retention policy.
5. Reporting to Authorities
Magnasce complies with applicable child safety laws. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we report it to the relevant authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent law-enforcement agency in the applicable jurisdiction — and cooperate with lawful investigations.
